Adrian Ball – Director
My AV career started at school by operating the lights for the theatre performances on giant rheostat dimmer boards, this progressed into building speakers and lights for my mobile disco.
After leaving school I worked as an Electrical Design Engineer in Industry, in parallel with this in 2002 I created Hollowsphere by renting projectors and screens.

Chris Skrzynski – Head of Sales and Operations
I’ve held an interest in the world of AV, ever since my teen years.
I started out in school theatre, and progressed through college, before deciding to join the industry full time.
I’ve worked in all manner of roles within the industry, for over 17 years now – from manning an office desk to a lighting desk!
These roles included directing my own events company, as well as 10 years spent in a team, giving advice and consultation to an international group of companies and their client base.
I joined Hollowsphere in 2015 and am enjoying the diverse challenges, as well as being part of such a friendly and professional team.
Likes: Good manners, loud Techno, things being neat.
Dislikes: Bad Manners, Modern Pop Music, things being messy.
Joel Clements – Head of Live Sound and Lighting
Originally starting out in a 2 inch tape recording studio I quickly developed a passion for all things technical. As a result for the past 15 years I have been lucky enough to work on a wide range of projects. These have included PA installation and FOH operation, production and technical support, lighting and sound design for theatre. Some of the clients I have worked with include Manchester International Festival, Walk the Plank, Kendal Calling, Latitude Festival, 4d group. I am equally at home in a tent at a festival as I am in the control room in a theatre. I thrive on finding technical solutions in a creative environment.
